manic-depressive psychosis:
Bipolar Affective Disorder, "BPAD", or "BP" is a mood disorder, according to the DSM (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual). Specific categories of the disorder include Bipolar type I, Bipolar type II, cyclothymic disorder, Bipolar NOS (not otherwise specified).
